The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was a very important meeting held at a crucial time when China is comprehensively advancing the great cause of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation through Chinese-style modernization.​ Studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China well is a major political task for the whole Party and the country at present and in the period to come.
